Christopher J. Lynch has been involved in the world
of imaging and data acquisition for over 20 years. Having graduated
in 1983 from Rochester Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Professional
Photography, Chris has been working in a variety of positions including
four years at American Greetings Corporation, five years as a self
employed commercial photography studio owner and the last ten years
as a support service contractor at NASA Glenn Research Center.
During his work
as a support service contractor in the Imaging Technology
Center, Chris
has distinguished
himself as a motivated,
conscientious, customer focused professional striving to
meet the varied needs of the assignment or research project.
Working
specifically in Scientific Imaging support roles for the
last 4 years has exposed him to a variety of important,
high profile
imaging assignments including high speed documentation
of the MER 2003 Mars Airbag Lander System, two full scale
shroud separation
tests at NASA Plum Brook Station, support of the Columbia
Shuttle Accident Investigation efforts, numerous Icing
Tunnel and Icing
Research projects including work at Cox & Company’s
LeClerc Icing Laboratory in New York City and at the ACT
Luton Wind Tunnel in Luton, England. With his position
at Pace Levy Inc., Chris is prepared to continue his role
as a
key facilitator
in solving difficult
imaging problems as required by the research and engineering
community at NASA Glenn Research Center and elsewhere.
